HAVEN
HAVEN ERM Pty Ltd (Haven) recognises that promoting a culture of psychological safety is fundamental to a thriving organisation. Psychological safety is the belief that you won't be punished or humiliated for speaking up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes. Psychological safety at work is a shared belief held by members of a team that others on the team will not embarrass, reject, or punish them for speaking up.
HavenERM has created a digital health tool (B2B SaaS) and framework to facilitate psychological safety and the provision of information to workers who have been unable to raise issues in the workplace face to face or even in writing. The program is known as Haven TM.
The Haven System Framework TM provides the necessary organisational arrangements for managing all information submitted by Disclosers and Users©. The framework outlines how we facilitate psychological safety and uphold our positive duty to prevent harm, including sexual harassment, effectively and efficiently. The fundamental concepts and principles within this system flow from international literature, human factors research, clinical research and more.

CLINICAL HUMAN TRIAGE
Clinical psychologists and qualified counsellors are what stand Haven apart from any other solution, the clinical team ensure evidence based clinical responses are provided to all users. Clinicians also provide appropriate guidance, support, and referrals where necessary. Interactions can be via chat, phone call or video telehealth on the Users device.

DATA INSIGHT AND TOOLS
Everything that comes through the Haven platform © informs a digital insight dashboard for the organisation. The information is de-identified for the protection of users. The Haven dashboard © does the data analytics for you and will answer questions we have all had for years - What don't I know that is affecting my people? How can I help? Haven also has tools to survey psychological safety and psychosocial risk, perform a gap analysis and risk assessment.

ITS NOT AN ALGORITHM
Haven whilst being a Digital B2B SaaS Product has a human interface, all entries are triaged and responded to by Haven Clinicians, not algorithms.

ITS SAFE
Haven Disclosers © must identify themselves through MFA and are reminded malicious or vexatious use of Haven is prohibited. If they chose to send their feedback to the Haven Recipient © (who the information is about) that person is never told who they are without their consent. Retaliation against Disclosers © is a breach of licence conditions.

IT LISTENS
HAVEN is there to listen to Disclosers who need to speak up, raise a concern, make a record about something that has happened they are concerned about or seek clinical advice. Haven Clinicians, real humans, listen, counsel and guide a Discloser through their psychological safety issue with clinical expertise.
IT WAITS
HAVEN not only listens to Disclosers, but also listens and waits if the Discloser is not yet ready to take the next step. Sometimes Disclosers just want to talk to someone about what happens, in this situation Haven listens and waits. If at any time you after the information is shared with Haven the Discloser can reopen their event in Haven and take the next step or seek further advice.
IT EDUCATES
HAVEN educates from within, bullying, anxiety, human factors and more are identified, supported and responded to. Resources, links, follow up technology and human triage advocates support and nurture those who need help, including those identified as perpetrating negative behaviors.
IT ACTS
HAVEN allows the Discloser to raise issues regarding problematic behavior that lead to psychological safety events or can lead to harm or concern. Haven then reaches out to the person demonstrating those behaviors to provide insight to those without awareness of their behavior and its affect on others. It encourages reflection and resilience to both parties.
